An abandoned grain elevator in downtown Louisville, Colorado, purchased by a group of locals working to renovate the historic building, reopen it to the public, and expand community gathering spaces.
Project Context:
The renovation timeline is extended and highly anticipated locally, creating a need for a dedicated social presence that keeps the community informed, celebrates progress, and builds momentum as the project unfolds.
Project Goal:
Build and maintain a social media presence on Instagram that provides clear, ongoing information about the renovation process and timeline for opening.
Scope of Work:
Develop and maintain Instagram content aligned with the Grain Yard brand
Curate posts that communicate renovation updates and community milestones
Monitor and report engagement trends and audience growth
Adapt content strategy to maximize reach and non-follower discovery

Front range rescue dogs
About the Organization:
Front Range Rescue Dogs is a volunteer Boulder County, Colorado search-and-rescue (SAR) team that works with trained search dogs to locate missing persons and support other local SAR teams, helping keep the community safe.
Project Context:
There is ongoing public interest in backcountry safety on the Front Range, as well as increased awareness of local community search-and-rescue resources. Creating a social presence helps drive awareness, fundraising, and recruitment.
Project Goal:
Build and maintain consistent messaging about the team, raise community awareness, and provide public information about back-country SAR efforts.

Create a posting cadence for social content
